Cant Fix a Broken Man

I loved you cause 
I thought I could nurture you and make you grow
I wanted you cause
I thought I could heal you
but that isin't so
I thought I could fix you
But your way to broken
I tried to mend you
but I was mistaken
I thought I could help you
but all we've caused is hurt
I tried to free you
but your way to reserved
I wanted to do all these things
but all has failed
I guess theres really no use
To try to fix a broken man
