I said too much again…need I say more?
It’s been a crappy, snappy day for me and today will be my day
An attitude of gratitude instead of dismay would be nice I’d say

Upon these crowded clouds

Under the shadowy shrouds
Made me less than proud

I feel so low sometimes

The universe of distopian unbearableness
I said too little and my bones are brittle nonetheless
It’s been a shabby-beard-no-shave, relax-me-in-a-daze nightfall
Tears shall fall and you will never understand where I stand…I stood for you to misunderstood my free-fall

Emerge in waters of dashing delight
Abashed, ashamed, blamed
Of who I became — grief untamed
Wistful waters wash over me, unnamed

I scored distress on my happy test
I detested you from east to west,
But now you’re being a lovely pest

Deny the lies, deny the heartless little, brittle lies
The truth will set you free
Say you’re farewells, the worthless goodbyes…
I see through your mere envy
I can make a difference tonight
I can fight the great fight…with my might
I need delight in this fervent flight
Bite the bullet tonight, tonight, tonight…I’ll fight the good fight…
I came undone in your arms tonight
I have become someone I’m not
I shame the night with no more fright
I have become somebody a lot…

Ignite the night with your might
