Cancer

Cancer
________________________

Silent with no re-morse
that which does not follow course
by surprise reveals the answer
that in which, tends to be cancer.

Like a click of the clasp
an unconscious thought not grasped
trying , hoping to escape
for peace that time manipulates.

Some may get to live and see
why others tried so desprately
But fate as it would wield
take another into heavens field.

Hi Vera, Pleasure to meet you. Thank you for you warm and kind words as well. Your husband does write some wonderful poetry, and I do look forward to reading yours as well. As for my "Mom", yes I do miss her and love her a lot. Take care my new Friend, jess
