Can You Imagine?

Can you imagine a picture the most beautiful you’ve ever seen
where the sun will shine all day long, the perfect setting for loves young dream
there are mountains on the skyline and trees are different shades of green
the sky as blue as your eyes are and tulips are in bloom along the stream
and through it all, a lone path runs, it’s a road only made for two
where two hearts came together, hearts that belong to me and you
down that path we’ve been travelling, there is no end it runs forever
it gets more beautiful the more we walk, happy, in love, together.

Paul, I feel something yearning for birth in this poem. Why don't you change the shape of it, so the lines are broken by the meters' wings, and surprise yourself where this will fly. Thanks for the privilege to nurture the words of a genius ... love, my friend
