Can We Still Be Friends?

She was walking through the hallway, and into the bedroom door, she looked at the pillow i layed my head on the night before, then I walked in the room and looked her in the eye, then I said "baby I love you" then she started to cry. I said "baby please dont cry it hurts me too, but someday you will find someone new. There has to be someone for me and you. So when your alone think of the times we had and not the bad, love goes on forever,love goes on and never ends. So baby tell me can we still be friends?
