Can Someone Tell Me
A thousand tears have fallen
since we said our last good bye
and I’m searching for some answers,
while I sit alone and cry.
If you were here you’d comfort me
and dry my tears somehow.
So please can someone tell me,
Who’ll dry my tear drops now?
With love in your eyes and warmth in your smile
you enchanted my soul somehow.
Now through the pain can someone explain,
who’ll be my soul mate now?
You captured my heart with the strength of your love
and completed my world somehow.
Now I hope and I pray for the answer,
Who’s going to love me now?
I dream‘t last night that you held me
and I still feel you here with me now,
you whispered that you’d never leave me
and you’ll always be with me somehow.
