Can I Read Them a Book
I go to the preschool teacher and say “Can I read a book to the preschoolers today?”
She says “YES!’
I have read a book there before, and I love it.
And they love it.
She said “You know they love you.”
I say “I love them too and I don’t even mean to love them;
I love you too, Miss Pat, and I’m not even trying not to love you.”
She says “I love you too!”
If there is a better way to start out a day at your job, I have not found it yet.
