Can He Debate

Controversy can be engaging
But it’s just a smoke screen
For something permeating

He inundates debates with insults and condescension
But can we hear the issues with diplomacy and thoughts
That are transparent and comprehending

Many are called but few are chosen
He’s a ticking bomb, hurt his feelings
And there’s an explosion

I stand with those who are knowledgeable and sane
Not one who promotes games and is deranged

Yeah, yeah, yeah
Build a wall and keep “them” out
He’s building walls now to protect those with clout

Wake up everybody and read between the lines
Our votes will determine if we progress or decline
His agenda is NOT yours or mine.

I've been telling people this pretty much since the beginning. Our political system is so screwed up right now. The republicans are so weak they can't keep the sociopathic outsider out, and the democratic party is so corrupted that they will put in whoever they want, the people's will be damned. What a total joke...it would be funny if it didn't bear such serious consequences.

Thank you The Grahamburglar for your perspective. Politics in general are about power and how they use that power expresses their morals, sense of unity or immorality and disconnection
