can animals speak

This is a answer I often seek can animals like humans speak?

Would a polar bear say stop global warming and save my ice
Would a lion ask do you taste nice.

Would a bee ask if you would like some of his honey
Would a hyena tell you what's so funny.

Would a beaver show you his dam
Would a mouse hide then shout here I am

Would a flee tell you how high he can jump
Would a rat invite you to the dump.

Would a wasp tell you the reason he stings
Would a whale explain the song that he sings.

You see we are human and I am a simple man 
so can animals talk of course they can.
