Calmness of the Moon

Hello dear, it’s me your friend, the moon,
Why are you looking so gloom?
   I am here every night,
   Reassuring, you have light.

I watched you gazing at the Milky Way,
   Wondering how was your day.
   Whenever you feel depressed,
I will remind you it is time to rest.

I might not be always in full shape,
But remember not all heroes’ wear capes.
Just look up, and embrace my calm,
I’ll make sure you won’t be harm.
