Callous Me

CALLOUS ME The very Word that giveth light And understanding Leaves me tonight And sends a grievous judgment. Oh! That I had heed Your Word And worshipped You as God and Lord But lo! My ways led me astray And I have been lost from then till date How much I despised You And travelled as far as North to South And grateful for Your eternal love I plead that we be one as before. For herein lies my hope That when I call, You answer me And I rejoice in this truth That You can restore a callous me.
