California Saki
California saki with a California roll.
It isn’t really sushi, and the rice wine has no soul.
But Schroeder’s playing chopsticks
Up and down the major scale.
Like Japanese scotch, it’s a marketing ploy,
A gimmick meant to sweeten point of sale.
