By the Sea

By the Sea
By LoLa

Soft and sweetly my dear
Please come home and stay with me here
Just a lost girl with a mysterious face
Where We find you and I in this forsaken place

What a beautiful face in the dark
What an adventure I will embark
Maybe there is a morning sunrise for us
Perhaps there is a way for me to trust

Believing freely in you and me in the sea
Waves crashing into the receeding sandy beach
The hands that we hold are shining so bright
The hearts that we hold are stones for which we gladly fight

So I write my chosen name in the summer sky
There lies a burning thought that waits for you and I
So give me a song that I can sing until then
With notes like these words; a song that will never end
