Butterfly Kisses
A tiny little butterfly
flutters by,
I can see a twinkle
in it's eye.
He flutters away
then back again,
All the while I wonder
where he's been.
His fluttering wings
tease me so.
Then he lands gently
On my nose.
His little feelers
tickle my cheecks.
I wonder what
This little guy seeks.
This encounter
I can't dismiss.
I think it was
a butterfly kiss.
