I love it when poetry captures us with visuals that run amok down neuropathways, and suddenly we are transformed into a vision of the past, where in a park I was suddenly covered by a few dozen monarchs and then into Mexico where upon opening a door a swarm of Giant White butterflies flew in front of me and disappeared into the jungle....that is the magic of poetry....thanks

Very nice! Which reminds me I'm late trimming my butterfly bush this year (usually give it a hard trim in March).

This was lovely. I have seen the butterflies thick... lady bugs... swarm... and dragonflies...dance... Loved your words, each and every one. Ann

A lovely image, Regina, and congrats on your win [if I may point out a typo, 'its' is the spelling for the possessive form]
