Butterfly

A creature of metamorphosis,
From lowly worm to wings of grace,
A symbol of hope and new beginnings,
A flitting dance in nature's space.

Your wings, a canvas painted bright,
With hues of joy and life untold,
A splash of crimson, taking flight,
A heart of gold, both brave and bold.

You rest upon a bed of blooms,
Their fragrance sweet, your touch so light,
A gentle soul, dispelling gloom,
Embracing the day with all your might.

The blue backdrop, a calming sky,
Reflects the peace you bring to earth,
A silent prayer, a whispered sigh,
A testament to rebirth.

So fly, dear butterfly, be free,
Soar high above and touch the sun,
A reminder that we all can be,
Transformed by love, when all is done.
