Oh, I like this verse, very passionate. Good luck in the contest. You asked about which way the sponsor will accept , I am not sure. I wrote 2 and decided to go for the longer one for the contest. I'll find out. I see that the sponsor will post poems then delete them, I don't understand that. I have noticed a couple of others doing the same. Confused. About January 25, yes I feel I am like built like that. Stay well now that they're opening up everything. Hugs Eve

It isn't always clear whether butterflies flutter to mate or escape, but their flashing in the sunlight certainly outshines fireflies! But, like most love affairs, it most frequently ends all too soon! Aloha! Rico

Really nice butterfly imagery in this, Andrea. Would those kisses be butterfly kisses by any chance? I love your beginning and ending on 'free me' with the cocoon as a symbol of a cage to be released from. GL in the contest, my friend.
