Burning Dreams

Throw all your dreams into a fire,
A fire burning with failed desire.
But do not mind who let you down,
Look away, don't even frown.

Keep your face away from emotion,
Back away, the fire burns with devotion.
Don't let it burn you, like it burns most.
Reflect on yourself, what a terrible host.

Don't look for a meaning to all this commotion,
Walk away, forget, it's a simple notion.
The fire burns all, but do not regret.
You continue to stall, you stay upset.
