Bumblebee Dad On Fathers Day

Bumblebee dad hugs his new hammock, a bit lazy
Rolling on his tummy, for a well-earned sleep
Baby bees buzz around playing like crazy
Jumping back and forth, playing tag and leap

It’s father’s day! The kids buzz back and forth to each other.
Wanting Daddy to jump up and play, complaining to mother.
Let’s let him rest, she says. He has earned a bit of today to relax.
Daddy’s eyes close, he leans into his hammock, happy to the max.
