Bullies and Their Enablers

Bullies are feeble beings that grow increasingly stronger 
  with validation and encouragement. Scared to act alone, 
      they fish for meek underlings to help fuel their fire, 
 especially those itching to belong to the "cool kids" clique.
      They become thankless enablers who don't realize 
      they're being used as pawns against their own kind.

I have no sympathies for bullies, since I was the butt of much bullying when I was growing up. Incidentally, I also despise prejudice and bias and bigotry...the three minions from hell!
