Building In An Empty Mind

The mind is a blank world
An emptiness devoid of life
Created by innocence
Slowly the mind ages
Beings wander the empty landscape
Clouds float in an empty sky
Building grow from bottomless fissures
Animals wander through newly grown forests
Birds fly in ever-growing groups
Dipping and weaving with new found life
One child emerges from the fog
Bright eyed and smiling
Looking around it sees the world
Opening its mouth to speak
With one word
The landscape and the beings change
Becoming an idea
And with that single idea
The mind become a universe

I got chills when I read the last few lines. Absolutely brilliant, Robert! All we need is one word, one idea to inspire a universe of thought. Outstanding!
