Bubble,Bubble

"Bubble, Bubble..."

Long ago and far away
A naieve mermaid born
In a bubble--purest blue--
Was hailed by harp and horn...

"Look! It's so!" They all did say,
"So beautiful! So sweet!
Soft golden hair to cuddle
And green eyes--obsolete!"

To and 'fro the tides did sway
The mermaid as she grew
Aloft within her bubble
Until each storm was through...

So it goes unto this day
The mermaid tightly holds
Her bubble--and without view--
For keeping in untolds...

A lovely tale of life under the sea. Can only imagine the 'untolds'.
