Brush Strokes

If life were a painting, I think mine is fine art Its colours are vibrant, that glow round my heart The brushstrokes are flowing and guided with care But beautiful pictures are best when you share If love were a statue the form would be fine Its lines and its structure of perfect design The shape that it took would be beauty perfected Any who viewed it never neglected. If fate is the artist, then its talents are great Its canvas is boundless and in ever changing state My paintings unfinished, and long may it take Its subject selected, by life’s choices I make
