Brother

Brother

Come stay with us
Do as little, or as much as you want
Words, such incredibly special words
Spoken with such sincerity, bring tides of relief through endless streaming tears.
Emotions that have been held back for years.
Words that are better than “I love you”

More exciting than any childhood Christmas memories at the age of two.
A bond between me and you, from the same, special genetic two.
Incredibly close, unwaveringly tight, a brother’s intimate words, harbour shards of soulful and heavenly light

It’s now my time to utter the same line.
Come stay with us, stay with me and mine.
Gather strength and peace through uninhibited healing time

Rest your tired body, soothe your acing mind.
Let us repay your love, in some small way in kind
Brother, my beautiful Brother, come stay, I pray.
