Broken Soul Dear Soldier

Till my words fade to lilac not Black or maybe white doves fall From the blue and if I had to I Would lie to the clouds beg them For shades of grey so you’d have To let me in then you’d have to Let me love you but alas twilight Ends with the same sounds as rising Curses my scent lingering yet Faint scrubbed hard to remove Muffled screams from the temples Of Venus: oh let my soul be slaughtered Upon the crucifix betwixt thy breast Plate bears the crest of a wounded Venus her broken wings beat no Longer her hummingbirds offered As dowry to Hades she has been Reborn Kore orbits built of her own Fingers so I cannot feign moments To touch her skin these scars were Painted not by my wrists yet I pay The toll instead the Ferryman cometh His danake begs pounds and fleshy Coloured precious stones even the Skies never hold the same secrets as The writings in my diary scribbled On walls like Hadrian too long or Tall to climb over or even march my Legion around the carnage called The last nine moments I felt your Whisper to breathe life into an empire Stacked upon revolt after revolt like Schoolyard games like days blend to Empty words and she is faceless in my Gaze she is without essence in my arms Running barefoot through sandstorms In my dreams footprints washed away As easily as they appear smaller than I Remember them backward as if twisted Around ancient scrolls her incantations Decree gifts of my naked virginity her Desires nail me to crosses like beds And she rapes my love like and she F*cks my soul undeserving and she Breaks my heart
