Broken Mirror

Not there, no, never there again
the mirror is empty, image marred,
red hand-print's still dripping
from the broken mirror, scarred.
With no reflection looking back
with empty sight, reach out to nothing
where did sh go, who was she?
No one it seems, knows anything.
The questions pile up
still there is no one there
only the wall behind her,
she left for anywhere.
Question yourself about all you knew,
wonder how it happened
it all seem so very cruel
thinking now, she fell for fun?
Not there, no, never there again
only left behind the stain
tear tracks that won't ever go away
and glass in a broken frame.
