Broken Dreams
Following a road built on broken dreams
Nothing is as easy as it seems
Through out life comes the rain
only thing is how you hide the pain
There will be times of trail
When you can loose your smile
To just keep on going is for the best
This is the test
Strength is built on broken dreams
Harder than it seems
Love is a wager you might lose
It's all in what you chose
Which way should you go
You never know
But you keep on trying
Leaves some crying
Sometimes life is unstable
Put all the cards on the table
Thoughts of yesterday traps your mind
Looking for answers you may never find
Heading down that street built on broken dreams
You find who you really are
There will be a scar
Try to bare it within you
To yourself be true.
Build your life watch it fall
Will you still stand tall
knowing you stand to lose
Will you still chose
This path built on broken dreams
It's not what it seems
Tears may sometimes come
It tell of where your from
Of things that tried to hold down
Hard not to make you frown
Holding on so tight
Just trying to. Make it right
Hope arises from broken dreams
It's sometimes what it seems
You find time to grow
You must know
Life comes at you fast
Up to you to make it last
While you live among your broken dreams
Coming apart at the seams
Make new dreams
All life dreams
Sometimes you win sometimes you lose
It is all in what you chose,
Do you keep on going
While the pain is still showing
Keep walking down the street built on broken dreams
Or you can build new dreams
Easy as it seems
