Broken Child
Hello my Broken Child why do you cry?
Have all your friends left you behind?
Do not be scared for I am still here, hush now my Broken One and dry away your tears.
Do not be afraid to let your feelings show I can sense that your heart is full of pain and woe.
I will not leave you in the cold to die, come embrace me and feel the warmth I have for you inside.
My beloved Broken Child how dear you are to me I see you for what you really are and not for what others want you to be.
Lets agree now to never leave each others side, for better or for worse be this a blessing or a curse.
I know you are broken, perhaps beyond repair but the thought of being without you...this I can not bear.
I want you to know that I give a care.
There, there my Broken Child please give me a smile so I will know you are ok.
Do not ignore me, do not push me away for I am far too fragile to play those types of games.
Its a shame that I've taken things this far but I couldn't help but notice your scares they are similar to my own.
For you and I are one in the same we are both broken but together maybe we can escape this pain...
