Broken

Broken We walked and talked about random blue things. When I lost you I wished I were an angel in wings. Your eye was a ray that shocked my heart A million jolts took me apart. I’d break like an egg And you’d gaze with hate. You only understood when she ran into you But then I was new And you were behind Lying sideways I felt so sad Leaving you was worse than thinking of what we had. So I went back to the vats But you turned to ash The cruel voice would sigh, You’d die and I’d cry.
