Broken

Broken Broken hopes, like tears of bitter glass. Broken dreams like thin ice in spring. Broken fears like bare November trees. Broken dreams like bursted windows. Broken hopes of tomorrow like old tiles of clay. Broken yesterday's memories like antique earthenware. But who tossed the stone?
