Broken
You left me broken, left me torn and lying on the ground. These sheets were dirty, never
cleaned the spot where you tied me down. Your scent still lingers, feel your fingers,
tell me when will it end? I can’t go on like this for too much longer…
Special glass that shatters, binds you in a darkened state. You never held me, never
watched the tears that fell from my eyes. You never felt my heart and sugarless
innocence…but you took it away. You took all that away from me.
I felt my hair, I feel my feet, I taste my lips, its all but sweet. My heart is empty,
the space isn’t filled. I let it all go, I remember the spills. You should have been
there, should have walked on by. You should have stayed inside the box, before you said
good bye.
Special glass that shatters, binds you in a darkened state. You never held me, never
watched the tears that fell from my eyes. You never felt my heart and sugarless
innocence…but you took it away. You took all away from me.
Walking backwards, walking downwards, in this hell of a life. You never left me, but I
cant feel you, and I can’t feel the knife. I lay there broken, lie there shattered, in a
numb-felt state. You haven’t like I have until you feel my pain. And you’ll never want
to do that again.
