Brink of Disaster
Brink of Disaster
What all has come totally over me
Chills on arms am starting to see
Heard another song sung and played
My mind went of into space and strayed.
Thoughts and emotions moved me so
And my appearing face was all aglow
No longer would I hesitate or wait
Heard people say my poems were great.
Every bit of this a habit it soon became
And again I will never seem to be the same
Brink of disaster was almost hurt by its skirt
Now my poems are being read at a concert.
