Bring Back the Good Life
Times were when a mans word or his hand shake would set the course.
What has happened, we’ve turned into a society of liars and thieves with little or
no remorse.
What kind of a legacy will we leave for our children and friends.
Have we stooped so low that we unconsciously try to offend.
We take substance from seeing another man struggle and suffer.
We are like children on the school grounds saying, my dad is tougher.
We push off the blame on television, movies, and games our children play.
That is partially true, but as parents we have the final say.
We have to be involved in what our kids do, and setting good examples for them
to look up to.
It’s never too late to turn to Jesus, start life on the right foot, start life anew.
Lead your children to church, and show them discipline and respect.
Let Jesus be the mirror to which your life should reflect.
Fathers you should be the beacon in your family, with Gods guiding light.
And pray our Savior be with them when they journey into the night.
We must bring decency and honor back to our nations shores.
Send satan and his henchmen packing, forever more.
