"bridges Crossed"

No more toll booths to reach an empty place..
A bridge that can't be crossed with trust or haste..
Faith and truth ran away with little discretion...
Darkness now covers the landscape of in decisions...
Tall steel towers outline the pathway back to my haven...
No more empty feeling as all unsaid words are put to saving...
My mind clear and free to work only in love and peace...
So here I write for eyes not known only shared and free...

We cross a lot of bridges in our lives, Michael. Some of them take us to good places and some take us to bad ones. Making decisions has always been hard for me so I try not to burn any bridges along the way. I'm glad your mind is "clear and free to work only in love and peace." Very nicely said, my friend. Love and blessings for a Happy Thanksgiving, Carolyn
