Breathtaking
Have you ever heard of the phrase "breathtaking?"
Well, you took my breath away the first time I laid eyes on you. . . .
And now . . . I can't breathe.
We have sat and enjoyed the sky, the moon, and the stars
We have even found an appreciation for the night's cool breeze
As the clouds in the sky formed
And the heavens opened up
We have sat and enjoyed the lightning, the thunder, and the rain
Will I . . . ever be the same. . . .
'Cause I can't breathe. . . .
Ever since the first time we came... together. . .
bodies clappin'. . . lips smackin'. . . muscles reactin'. . .
To the rhythmic beat of our desires and passions. . .
I can't stop askin'. . .
Ever since I had this reaction to my attraction for you. . .
Because you took my breath away the first time I laid eyes on you. . .
And now . . . I can't breathe
