Breathless
So many ways to find yourself breathless
Come back to my arms from the land of the restless
Listen to my heart beat to the best song that you've ever heard
when theres no more sad tears left to cry in your eyes
and the last were sayin is sayin goodbye
if i said let me die here would you think that i was absurd?
love my completely with all that you are
stay high on my feelings cause were raising the bar
were so far gone that the stars are under our feet
when the lights have all faded and no one is sure
what to call the diseases for which there's no cure
youd jump on my bike as id ride off into nothing
the roof is collapsing and my candy is old
the money's all gone and its time for me to fold
the gamble weve made cost more than material things
just love me completely with all that you were
listen closely dear cause i know that youve learned
our bikes cant fly quite as high as the diamonds we used to roam
cause were out here in the blackness that weve made
when they left us alone
floating above all that matters
in this place i call home
we found a way to find ourselves breathless
you came back to my arms from the realm of the restless
