Breathing Under Water
I'm drowning,
I'm breathing,
And still screaming.
I take a breath,
It's going black.
Is this death,
Or just an attack?
My heart is jumping,
Out of my chest.
Am I still breathing?
My body is in distress.
This is the end,
I can feel.
Help, please send.
Is this even real?
Are my eyes closing?
Is my heart still beating?
Am I dying,
Or am I dreaming?
