Breathe/Be
Breathe
I mean REALLY breathe
and let the breath out verrrrrrrrrrrrry slowly
and then
imagine you can touch those azure skies that
are as wide as your eyes can possibly see
then look to the earth and see the smallest of her creatures
going about their daily business
see breathtaking symmetry in what you see
and know that you are an intregal part of all this.
Be
I mean REALLY BE
in this place in this moment in this time
and then notice how things are for you
there is no past
there is no future
there is simply now
and for me
living in the now is always a challenge
and a very different change of place to be.
