Breathe
...inhale...exhale...breathe...;
when u get punished for something stupid...breathe;
when u are ridiculed at school for something...breathe;
when u hear about a situation with a friend at school and wanna help but don't know what to do...breathe;
when u are sad because of something that someone just said or did to u...breathe;
when u get frustrated bc of something that u can't do...breathe;
when ur at school and people crack unwanted jokes or make unwanted comments towards u...breathe;
when ur parents decide that u did something wrong when U know that u didn't...breathe;
when u just don't know what to do and u just wanna throw up ur hands and b done with it all...breathe;
...inhale...exhale...
...just...breathe...
