Breathe

I breathe in and breathe out but the breath isn't the same. Your gone, you left, it's driving me insane. I count the days 'till I see you again. I can't live without you, you're my heart, my soul, my very best friend. You understand me, when others don't. You listen to me, when others won't. I love you and you love me. The distance hurts us both, but you're my perfect kind of misery. The lies make it harder to get through, but I know we can make it, just as long as you stay true. Promise me, no more lies, so that there's no more pain. Hope you can't hear the crys that my heart is trying to sustain. I love you and miss you very much and right now I'm hurting because I can't feel your touch. I breathe in and breathe out but the breath isn't the same. You're gone, you left, it's driving me insane. The lies make it harder to get through, but I know we can make it, just as long as you stay true.

My heart wrenched as I read this. Your talent for putting so much emotion into words and bringing them to life is incredible! Awesome job--and I hope that soon your love will return to you and bless you with happiness!
