Breath of Life Unto Me

Breath of life unto me
Breath of life unto me

Cast aside through my scales,
filled with air so I can breathe.

Zig,zag,zig,zag, faster and faster,
quicker and quicker, away from the black-
but more keeps on coming, I have to swim or I'll gag.

Breath of life unto me
Breath of life unto me

The murk is so foggy,
my eyes just won't see.

Zig,zag,zig,zag, faster and faster,
quicker and quicker, away from the black-
but more keeps on coming, I have to swim or I'll gag.

Breath of life unto me
Breath of life unto me

The blackness surrounds me,
no air left to breathe.

Zig,zag,zig,zag, faster and faster,
quicker and quicker, nowhere to run,
my heart is topping, I'm pulled with the tide.

No breath left in me
No breath left in me

No breath anywhere;
-just sky.

What is sky?
