Breaking Up

My darkness of a dream,
That lights the way,
For eyes to squint,
My breath that leaves,
But stays frozen in time.

Answers that call,
Or ring there bell,
Tomes of sadness,
Overcome what I feel,
Then I drown.

As a sunsets blur,
Becomes my tear,
Dancing dancing,
Fates music in twirl,
When I realize…
…I've lost her.
