I don’t do them either Paula, but that doesn’t mean they won’t happen in some shape or form, best we can hope for is a soft landing ;) cheers David

I'm chanting "good touch, poor more" and in the zone but fear it's more likely to get me in bother than lead to revelation! I'm visualising the somersault but am veering away from truism and banking on balance - offsetting the disaster by stating the opposite - your titles are usually never there for decoration :) I'm sure there's a lesson on visualisation in there too - you've used 17 syllables plus a title - it's probably a complete handbook on life :) sorry - went essay question again!

Haha yeah! Plus you don’t even have to land the somersault to qualify for the Irish gymnastics team, :)

I'm still flying through the air thinking of unusable comedy gold right now - maybe I can enter the Irish Olympics after all lol

Oooh! I see that somersault is going slightly wayward now, and that could be very controversial if not landed properly ;)

If I'm chanting, chanting "heavenly" is much more appealing! Trying not to make mistakes and having a reference book with the right things to do... How controversial would it be if I mentioned a best seller? ;)

Haha I just changed (a touch of) to heavenly, but might change it back again, a handbook on how much more difficult it is to try correct mistakes, than getting it right in the first place, also another angle, if you’re going to fall over try land with style, the title is wishing you well, and a reminder of the consequences, thanks for the read and expansive comment LG, cheers David
