Break a Colt

This is a term that I dislike to no end
It is all in the way that you handle one
They have to be handled like a virgin
Really all they want is a companion and a friend
So the two of you can be one
Where in the end, it is an all win

Remember they have never been that far before
Slow hand and smooth moves are what they understand
You make them think that they are par of you
Be gentle before you ask for more
Let them feel your hand
Let them know what you are going to do

Be firm but not mean on the first presentation
A bad first impression can lead to your defeat
And that will stay in their mind forever and a day
This is going to be your legs and transportation
Handle it right of the ground you will meet
It is so easy this way

A young colt is like the lady love of your heart
Let them know this, they will understand
The romance will move faster than a lighting bolt
They are not a dumb beast, really they are smart
But a lot has to do with your hand
Train a horse, never break a colt

I am sure that the colt would appreciate the treatment. Nicely done. Keep writing. Sara
