I like corn, my favourite vegetable. So i know i would like this dish. It is wrapped in a dish cloth, how do you know when it is ready to eat? What do you serve it with? Have a nice day my friend.

. In the Northeast, couscous is consumed and can be the main dish as In the Northeast, couscous IS made with ground corn ii industrialized, and then cooked in the pan, wrapped by a cloth (like dishcloth).

Anne-Lise this recipe is from Northeast of Brasil is made of corn as i wrote, but there other types of couscous of rice and other cereal not this one here, salute my friend alkas
