Bracing For Angels
Aways beaming our light like a flashlight in the dark we are like the angels
of heaven, always keeping pace with slow steady light.
We are a beam, a new born child, and we long to reunite with our creator,
and his great vision and truth. (breathe)
We cling to the stars and rock like a luminous basket of effervescent beauty.
We hug the moon and glow with it as if it were a floating device
taking us over mountains and boulders. (breathe)
Place your weary head on a puffy cloud and listen to the soft
sound of the wind as it whistles through the trees asking permission
to ruffle the leaves and run through your eaves.
We are the light of the world, and we hunger for more knowledge
mostly we hunger for sincerity of spirit and true relationship
with each other. (breathe)
We live with an open heart and hungry soul. Always searching for
true communion with ourselves and other.
Whether we believe in one God or many, we are just beginning
To embrace the universe as one.
We know that we are truly home when we can feel the love
We create in our hearts for others. (breathe)
