Boring Weather

The sun was muted today 
It did not smile 
Dark clouds blocked it all the way 
They were hostile 

The rain was slow in coming 
It did not pour
I could not hear it drumming 
There was no more 

The wind did not blow my way 
There was a lull
It's no wonder then today 
I feel so dull
