Book Your Dreams

Have you ever been lost in a good book?
Where everything is a heady ordeal?
Ever got that faraway dreamy look?
Where distant lands, dreams and love feels real?

Mystery, romance and faith-filled stories,
Crime, adventures and fairy tale endings,
Jump into them and forget all worries,
Only time to savour those pretendings,

Books are my kryptonite, I love them all,
When I’m feeling down, they lift me up high,
I enjoy fiction, they sure do enthral,
They leave me behind with a well-pleased sigh!
