Bond Broken
When you needed me
you were always around
cause you knew if you went too deep
I wouldn't let you drown
I have so many scars
from being tangled in your disputes
you knew I would never run
cause my loyalty is absolute
the tears you shed
the secrets you shared
all the times you won't admit
when you are scared
I always stood there
so you wouldn't be alone
I was your protection
a warrior to the throne
Got you through it all
you made it to the other side
now I am in need
and all you can do is hide
trying to face these demons
having to do it on my own
your true colors shine through
this is what you have shown
you look like you're thriving
but inside you are hollow
I won't waste my time on you
cause Karma will follow
I will get back up
I'm sure our paths will cross
you will see the friendship you had
and the protector you loss
I will see nothing
you'll be just another man
