Body Versus Mind

My body was laughing at my mind today Snicker. Snicker. Snicker. Snicker. Snicker. I did not think it was nice, so I yelled HEY! After all I might have an ineffective ticker I heard the body but I was two seconds quicker. You are making fun of yourself, right? This is crazy and truly not bright. Let’s get real and have a little think. Let’s be kind to our self with all of our might So body and mind can both stay in the pink.

It's called psychosomatic (mind/body) and is a well established correlation mentioned in the bible. Good humor, and it never hurts to laugh at oneself. / M
